Open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Closed from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM for lunch. Open the 2nd Saturday of the month from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Closed from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM for lunch. Office is closed the Monday after the 2nd Saturday.

WIC is open to many families in Fort Worth, and if you receive Medicaid, SNAP, or TANF, you're already eligible for WIC. Even if you don't receive these programs, you may still qualify by meeting the income guidelines for your household. If this is your first appointment at Miller WIC Office, 3212 Miller Ave, Fort Worth, please visit TexasWIC.org to review what documentation is needed. During your appointment, WIC office staff will:

1. Review documentation and determine your WIC eligibility.
2. Weigh, measure, and check iron status for you (if pregnant) and your child.
3. Answer any questions you may have about health, nutrition or breastfeeding.

At the end of your visit, you'll receive a Texas WIC card to use at the store with a food package specially designed to meet your needs.

Breastfeeding is an amazing thing a mother can do for her baby's health, and it's not always easy. That's where your local WIC office at 3212 Miller Ave in Fort Worth comes in. They can connect you with WIC lactation consultants, breastfeeding classes, WIC peer counselors and a 24/7 statewide hotline to help you breastfeed successfully. WIC's breastfeeding classes cover many topics, including different breastfeeding positions, how to get a good latch, feeding patterns and baby's hunger cues. These classes help you feel confident and empowered in your breastfeeding journey.

Whether you like to learn on your own or chat with other moms and experts, WIC has options for you. We offer free online classes, and many WIC offices offer in-person group classes, too. Our classes cover many topics, from healthy eating through pregnancy, breastfeeding tips, picky eating during the toddler years and more!

Our "click and learn" classes are available anytime, and our live classes give you the opportunity to interact with our nutrition and breastfeeding experts and connect with other parents in your community. And because we know everyone's schedule is different, we offer classes at various times throughout the week.
