Open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Closed from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM for lunch. Open the 2nd Saturday of the month from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Closed from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM for lunch. Office is closed the Monday after the 2nd Saturday.

Attending your first appointment at Resource Connection WIC Clinic, 2500 Circle Drive, Suite 400, Fort Worth? To help us serve you better, please visit TexasWIC.org to learn what documents you need. During your appointment, WIC office staff will:

1. Review documentation and determine your WIC eligibility.
2. Weigh, measure and check iron status for you (if pregnant) and your child.
3. Answer any questions you may have about health, nutrition or breastfeeding.

At your visit, WIC staff will give you a Texas WIC card to use at the grocery store with a food package to meet your family's nutritional needs.

Breastfeeding can get hard and getting help is easy with WIC. If you're looking for breastfeeding support, your local WIC office at 2500 Circle Drive, Suite 400 in Fort Worth is here to help. They can connect you with WIC lactation consultants, breastfeeding classes, peer counselors and a 24/7 statewide hotline to support your breastfeeding journey every step of the way. WIC's classes cover a variety of topics, including:

• Different breastfeeding positions.
• How to get a good latch.
• Feeding patterns.
• Baby's hunger cues and more.
  For 24/7 breastfeeding help, call the Texas Lactation Support Hotline at 855-550-6667. This hotline is free and available to anyone in Texas.

Whether you like to learn on your own or chat with other moms and experts, WIC has options for you. We offer free online classes, and many WIC offices offer in-person group classes, too. Our classes cover many topics, from healthy eating through pregnancy, breastfeeding tips, picky eating during the toddler years and more!

Our "click and learn" classes are available anytime, and our live classes give you the opportunity to interact with our nutrition and breastfeeding experts and connect with other parents in your community. And because we know everyone's schedule is different, we offer classes at various times throughout the week.
