1. Review documentation and determine your WIC eligibility.
2. Weigh, measure and check iron status for you (if pregnant) and your child.

At your visit, WIC staff will give you a Texas WIC card to use at the grocery store with a food package to meet your family's nutritional needs.

WIC's classes cover a variety of topics, including:

That's why we offer free online classes, even if you are not a WIC client. Many WIC offices have in-person classes, too.
