Open Monday through Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Closed from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM for lunch. Open Thursday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Closed from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM for lunch. Office is closed the 1st Wednesday of the month for staff development.

1. Review documentation and determine your WIC eligibility.
2. Weigh, measure, and check iron status for you (if pregnant) and your child.
3. Answer any questions you may have about health, nutrition or breastfeeding.

At the end of your visit, you'll receive a Texas WIC card to use at the store with a food package specially designed to meet your needs.

They can connect you to various WIC resources to support your breastfeeding journey. WIC's lactation consultants, classes, peer counselors and 24/7 statewide hotline are available to help you breastfeed successfully. The breastfeeding classes cover topics such as:

WIC has free online classes that you can take from the comfort of your home and many WIC locations have in-person group classes, too. Online classes are free, even if you are not a WIC client and cover everything from healthy eating through pregnancy, breastfeeding tips, picky eating and more!

We offer both on-demand and live classes to fit your needs. Our on-demand classes provide you with the flexibility to learn on your own time, while our live classes give you the opportunity to interact with our nutrition and breastfeeding experts and other parents in your community. And with classes available at various times throughout the week, you can choose a time that works for you.
