Open Monday through Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Closed from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM for lunch. Open Thursday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Closed from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM for lunch. Office is closed the 1st Wednesday of the month for staff development.

Looking for healthy food, nutrition education or breastfeeding tips and support in Waxahachie? Applying for WIC is easy! 1. Review documentation and determine your WIC eligibility.
2. Weigh, measure, and check iron status for you (if pregnant) and your child.
3. Answer any questions you may have about health, nutrition or breastfeeding.

At the end of your visit, you'll receive a Texas WIC card to use at the store with a food package specially designed to meet your needs.
