Open Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Closed from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM for lunch. Open Tuesday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Closed from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM for lunch. Open Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Open the 3rd Saturday of the month from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. CLOSED LAST MONDAY OF THE MONTH Office is closed the last Monday of the month for staff development.

1. Review documentation and determine your WIC eligibility.
2. Weigh, measure and check iron status for you (if pregnant) and your child.

At your visit, WIC staff will give you a Texas WIC card to use at the grocery store with a food package to meet your family's nutritional needs.

WIC's lactation consultants, classes, peer counselors and 24/7 statewide hotline are available to help you breastfeed successfully. The breastfeeding classes cover topics such as:

• Baby's hunger cues and more.

WIC has free online classes that you can take from the comfort of your home and many WIC locations have in-person group classes, too. Online classes are free, even if you are not a WIC client and cover everything from healthy eating through pregnancy, breastfeeding tips, picky eating and more!

We offer both on-demand and live classes to fit your needs. Our on-demand classes provide you with the flexibility to learn on your own time, while our live classes give you the opportunity to interact with our nutrition and breastfeeding experts and other parents in your community. And with classes available at various times throughout the week, you can choose a time that works for you.
